One:
I don't remember a day within five years that I've been without my ipod. I can live without my computer for awhile and the same goes for TV.....but take away my ipod and there is hell to pay. I don't listen to it 24/7, but always have it at work, in my home and in the car. I've gone through three ipods in that five year stint and I refuse to get a ipod touch because it can't hold all my music. Yes I'm a freak.
Two:
I worked for an nature travel company for a few years and after designing numerous brochures about the Galapagos Islands and seeing all the beautiful photos and hearing people's experiences, I am hell bent on going. I turn the big 3-0 next spring and I plan cross it off my bucket list very soon.
Three:
I'm an Air Force brat and my family traveled throughout most of Northern and Western Europe including the U.S before I was four. I don't remember any of those said travels, save for the few moves in the states and it bums of me out a little.
Four:
I hate the cold. Brisk I can do, but that's about it. Thank god I live in the South.
Five:
Until I was eighteen I was able read on airplane trips with no problem what so ever, but I would always get sick reading in the car. After turning eighteen I get sick reading on an airplane, but not in a car. WTF?
Six:
I am extremely allergic to misquito bites and I get huge raised disc-like bumps on my skin, even when I don't scratch them. The same goes with ants, fleas and gnats. I'm convinced that if a venomous snake bites me I'll probably just drop dead in a matter of seconds.
Seven:
I hate jello. It's the only food I can't stand, and I love just about everything. I just can't eat the stuff.
Eight:
I was crazy obsessed with two movies as a youngster. The Neverending Story and Disney's The Hunchback of Notre Dame. Well, I was 13 when HoND came out so I wasn't that young. When all the girls in my class were gushing over Leonardo DiCaprio back from Titanic, I was gushing over an animated disney movie. Paul Kandel, the voice actor for Clopin came to sign autographs at my local shopping mall of all places and it was best day of my pre-teen life. He signed my HoND piano music book and I still have it to this day.
Nine:
I once stuck half a red crayon up my nose when I was six because of a dare from a classmate. It was probably a double-dog-dare and you can't say no to those.
Ten:
I got sent to the principle when I repeated something I heard on 'Garfield and Friends', a cartoon from the late 80's early 90's. I was attending a Catholic school in Biloxi, MS at the time and they were a bit over sensitive to say the least. They called my dad and he ended up bitching them out over the phone.
I should probably tag somebody, but I'm feeling lazy.
