Well, I'm back. Been super busy these last few weeks and I haven't had that much time to draw for myself. This was kinda fun. I was stuck in traffic and I was looking at the cover of the newest Gorillaz album (great sound by the way) and I noticed that the cover had four characters. Hmmm, being the an over-obsessive TMNT fan I am, when I think of four I think of my favorite guys.
Not the Fantastic Four......no...god no. Anyway, its a bit crappy. This was just a fun little outlet. I like Donny the best out of all of them and the hat on the main singer, very Mikey. Back to the salt mines of research papers and portfolio reviews. (I used text in Photoshop! My professor would killl me!  |

im an old fart, my music is classic 70s and 80s rock...
"Gorrillaz" is a UK CARTOON band, created by the very wonderful UK group Blur. (Guess who I supported in the Blur v. Oasis pop war of the '90s... Man, that seems a long time ago... )
But yeah. Gorillaz are cool. So's their music IMHO.
Great concept and cool artwork. I LOVE it!
