Master Splinter looking a bit suspicious at what his sons could be hiding....

I intended to upload this on Valentines Day, but as always I got sidetracked with other projects. I have a cold and took a sick day from work today, but in the late afternoon I felt a bit better and digitally colored this sketch while watching "Finding Nemo" on Toon Disney. I had a lot of trouble trying to figure out how the turtle kids' arms would look around the back of their shells. Guess you could blame their flexibility on their ninja training.....yeah, that's the ticket... I kinda like how Raphy looks a bit embarrassed and feeling less than macho.

I'm rediscovering mechanical pencils! Woot!

Awww, that's adorable! Very nice! I like Splinter's expression a lot, and the little turtles too. Especially Raph. That's SO cute! :heart: I totally must fave this. Great, great job!

And yeah, Raphael would be the most likely to get fed up and just kinda chop stuff into a heart-esque shape...

I really like your art style! It suits them all well. :D Especially Splinter. Lol, the trials of raising four boys... Poor Raph. XD No doubt wondering how his brothers talked him into this...

Nice job! I do like Raphael's expression a lot. And I can see where wrapping their arms behind their shells would've been a challenge, but looks like you pulled it off well!

*snicker* My Gods, that's sweet. And funny. He's got reasons to worry, considering their overall disposition... XD I just imagine the next moments of surprise and how happy he'll be. (and how Raph's gonna keep being embarrassed about the whole thing) This picture actually makes that much more vivid than a picture of the very scene would 8D or so I think.
